The use of consultants is strictly regulated by the Department of Administrative Services, State of Georgia, and by the Board of Regents. Consultants working at or traveling to Clayton State University will be under contract to the university. All such contracts must be go thought he contract review process found at http://www.clayton.edu/contractadministration/home and be approved by the Vice President for Business & Operations before the consultant may begin travel or delivery of services.
