9.0 Consultants (Individuals, Companies, and Corporations)

There are occasions where Clayton State University will temporarily require the services of consultants to provide skills, services, or leadership that is not available from the normal faculty and staff of the university. This section provides information on the utilization of Consultants.

The use of consultants is strictly regulated by the Department of Administrative Services, State of Georgia, and by the Board of Regents. Consultants working at or traveling to Clayton State University will be under contract to the university. All such contracts must be go thought he contract review process found at http://www.clayton.edu/contractadministration/home and be approved by the Vice President for Business & Operations before the consultant may begin travel or delivery of services.
